All of our albums and official merchandise are purchased from South Korea. We currently work with multiple vendors to receive our inventory.
For online purchases, all items MUST be carefully packaged and returned in the same condition they were sent (unopened and sealed in original packaging). Once the item(s) have been received and inspected for damages, refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping costs. Items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. All return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
For in-store purchases, items can be returned in-store so long as it is sealed and unopened in its original packaging. The individual will need to provide proof of the original purchase upon return. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of pickup in order to receive a full refund.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the return delivery date for your refund to be processed.

We do not process exchanges for online purchases.
For in-store purchases, items can be exchanged so long as it is sealed and unopened in its original packaging and the receipt is provided. Items must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
For orders placed for in-store pickup purchases, items must be returned within 14 days from the date of pickup.
If your order has not yet been shipped, but you wish to exchange an item that you purchased, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one with the desired item.
A full refund of the initial order will be issued and post to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Prior to sending out each item, we always do an item and package check to make sure there are no external damages. Further, we go through several different protective measures such as bubble wrap, cardboard box, secured taping, etc. to ensure that orders arrive without damages. Unfortunately, damages during delivery are unforeseeable.
We are not liable for any item/package damages incurred during transit, and we are not liable for order packages once they have been delivered and scanned as such.
Certain products are manufactured in a way where minor damages can be easily sustained to the item. Further, as these products are distributed from Korea, additional damages can be incurred as the shipment is delivered to our facilities. We will still do a quality check to send only what is deemed fit. However, we will not be liable for any minor scratches, bends, damages, etc. Outer cases or outboxes are there to protect the internal goods. Minor scratches or discoloration will not be cause for return or exchange.
If you encounter an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once contacted, we will open a claim. All claims must be responded to within 30 days. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the claim will be void.
IMPORTANT: For any package with major external damages that was incurred during transit, all items received must remain unopened and sealed in the original packaging in order to file a claim. If the purchased item(s) have been open, we will not be able to proceed with your case.
We offer a variety of shipping methods through USPS and UPS postal carriers. Shipping methods provided at checkout differ based on the product type of item(s) being purchased. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please be advised that delivery times are independent of shipment times. The estimated delivery times provided are not guaranteed time frames for delivery. Moreover, the estimated delivery times only apply after an order has been shipped.
Also, please be advised it can take 1-3 business days for us to process your online order.
The "In-Store Pickup" option is provided ONLY for customers who wish to place an order on our website and pick up their order from our store located in Chandler, Arizona. If you opt for “In-Store Pickup,” your order will be ready 1-3 business days after the order has been placed.
We do not allow albums to be placed on hold without receiving an acceptable form of payment. This applies to any requests received online, through social media, and in-person.
We know there are a lot of K-pop groups out there. As we grow, we will be bringing more and more groups to provide variety in our selections.

If you would like to request specific versions of albums, please reach out to us via Instagram or call us at (480) 257-1404 prior to placing your order to ensure we have the requested version in stock. If you do not contact us before placing your order, the versions pulled will be random.
Please note that if you mix an order with pre-order items, your order will only be shipped out or ready for pick up once all items are received in.
